Robust Contact Management

Keeping your SMS contacts well organized is essential for successful distribution. We use the Microsoft SharePoint online Contacts feature to manage our recipient distribution list.
A convenient visual interface with customizable fields, tree structure, groups and many other functions from this long-time industry leader.
Import your contacts from Excel or other systems. Deduplication and reconciliation functions are available for bulk contact uploads.

Delivery Control with Anti SPAM

It's critically important to make sure your newsletter is being delivered to your recipient’s inbox and not being filtered out to the SPAM folder.
Our solution uses a robust feedback mechanism to ensure e-mail is delivered to the inbox.
Apart from e-mail, we provide alternative delivery mediums such as SMS. User opt-in mechanisms are also supported.
Our pre-integration with SendGrid and Mailgun gives access to the most enhanced SPAM prevention features – if needed.

Simple text editor for SMS or HTML editor for e-mails will help in preparing, reviewing, and approving your notifications content and context.

We support binary choice “yes-no” dialogs as well as more sophisticated multiple-choice options.
We also support an unstructured data format, where your recipient isn’t restricted to a limited number of choices and is free to reply at length.
Unstructured dialogs can be enhanced by 3rd-party chatbot processors such as Rasa chat, Azure Chatbot, Microsoft Azure's Bot Framework.

Data protection and compliance

Our solution is fully compliant with HIPPA and other data protection regulations: GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, SOX, FISMA, FedRAMP, MPAA, etc.
All your data, including contacts, message content, execution reports, etc. are never stored, hosted, mirrored, or copied to our execution environment.
We conduct ongoing external reviews to ensure our solutions are ready to enable organizations to meet the latest legal and governmental regulations.

Security

All workflow data is located along with the execution environment on Microsoft Cloud/Azure under your own tenant. Microsoft Cloud security role-based permissions allow you to segregate user access to each and every resource under your management.
We do not keep any data outside your Microsoft tenant. This way, you can fully rely on Microsoft's security to protect your automation data and execution.
